Standard Return Policy
- Our main aim is to execute a customer driven organization. Hence, our decisions and policy guidelines is to make customer Electronics purchase happy. We know success in any business is only possible when your customers are satisfied. That's why, we are keeping our return and cancellation policy transparent for faster resolution.
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to us within 10 days of the purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- If you want to exchange for a different item or return it, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
Your Returns Centre :
STEP 1: REQUEST RMA NUMBER
Go to the Return Centre
Enter your order number and email address.
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
STEP 2: PACK THE ITEMS
Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.
The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
The RMA # must be clearly written on the shipment.
STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEMS
You are responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to us.
Any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging during shipping will affect the return and can result in higher restocking charges on that item.
If any packets is found damaged at the time of delivery, immediate action is taken by our concerned department and take appropriate decision. Any minor or major damage will be compensated accordingly under set guidelines.
Wrong item delivery
In case or by mistake any wrong item has been delivered, following action will be taken,
We will take the wrong item back and send the same to our warehouse and will refund the amount.
Meanwhile, customer can go for fresh purchase to get the same item.
Cancellation while product is in transit
We usually plan to deliver the product as early as possible and intend to deliver the item with-in 7 working days across India. Once, item dispatched and move for travelling, cancellation of existing order will attract 10% cancellation charges.
Cancellations due to unavoidable reasons
If the item has been cancelled due to unavoidable reason/s, in that case cancellation of existing order will attract 10% cancellation charges of total product value.
Cancellation due to non performance:
Many factors influence the efficiency of solar system, Online UPS and Servo Stabilizer such as electricity condition in that city, electrical parameters etc. Once the product has been safely handed over to the customer without any damage and has been installed, it will not be taken back. We will guide and get live support for installation with our technical team.
